Here are the layouts of the classes I have available. For more information and availability; please contact me at forkeepssake@shaw.ca.

New Classes

While it may seem as though I've abandoned this site, I haven't - May was a blur! However, my new schedule for June is out with a couple new classes for the kids. If you're interested in any class please send me an email to sign up or for more information. I think they are great skill builders for young scrapbookers and newbies too.

These classes are $10.00 per person. Please bring your paper trimmer and adhesive(s).

Get Ready for a Retreat or Crop

Whether it's your first retreat or 21st, it's a big job getting ready to go. Don't forget this, don't forget that, but...don't bring too much - it goes on and on.

Here's a great article to help get you ready and packed. Written by a colleague of mine, it's a tried and tested method.

Enjoy

Christmas Layout

A little (or a lot) late I know but a lot of us haven't scrapped our Christmas yet. Perhaps it is timely, who knows, but in any case, this layout is my next class. The layout features great pattern paper from Scenic Route; coordinating cardstock AND a bonus fold out book. This is a great way to include but not showcase all the 'busy' photos of Christmas morning. Anyone who has seen my pages with these on them have urged me to teach it. So here it is. Next class: April 1st 7:00pm. Class fee is $20.00 for a 2-page layout. You won't be disappointed.

Classes for Kids

I've been teaching classes to the most eager students for over a year now - kids! Some of them just can't get enough. It's wonderful to see how excited the kids get with their creation as well as their feeling of accomplishment. I've decided to post the class layouts that the kids are doing. I attempt to bring in a new or different technique with each layout to expose the participants to something a bit different from the last time. It gives them a chance to find out what they like best about scrapbooking and when they are ready to start their own; they'll already know how to do many things that even their moms don't.

Kits, Wonderful Kits

Kits are a GREAT way to get pages done. They are pre-packed with coordinating papers, stickers, embellishments and ideas to complete your pages. I have prepared several kits with a specific theme or page in mind. These are an economical way to get the products without having to coordinate them yourself. For example, my most recent kit is a "Winter" kit with paper, stickers, ribbon and a feature product - stickles. If you've never used Stickles before this is a great way to purchase it. Not only will learn how to use it in a layout, you still have most of the bottle for your other pages.

This kit is $13.50 plus shipping. If you'd like to order this kit contact us at forkeepssake@shaw.ca

My First Post...

Finally! here it is, my first ever post to a blog site. I've decided that this site will showcase my kits and classes. How exciting and scary! Here goes:

Many kids at my daughter's school will be going to Outdoor School in just over a month. I am offering a workshop for moms who want to send along a "Homesick Helper". A Key Ring Project. It features small photos and a sheet of 7 Gypsies stickers. Plenty of choice for the theme - only $20.00 to make 4 key ring sets.
